A town centre convenience store wanted to improve staff monitoring. CCTV cameras and signage helped reinforce best practice, and also improved customer and staff safety.

Customers with a clearly-defined aim are looking for a system that meets their needs within their cost parameters. We were able to design a system using Hikvision hardware that provided excellent coverage of critical areas of the shop, in full HD resolution. Public view monitors enhance real-time monitoring of hard-to-see areas by staff and act as an immediate deterrent to bad actors. A premises covered by CCTV not only has a lower risk of stock loss and unwanted customer behaviour, but also improves staff safety and encourages best practice.
